Cancellation Policy

At VitalOSkin Spa, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. However, to respect the time of our team and other clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

 

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

If you:

  • Cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, or

  • Fail to show up for your scheduled appointment

You will be charged 50% of the total service cost.

This fee will be applied to the card on file or added to your next appointment balance.

Product Exchange Policy
(No Refunds)

All product sales are final. We do not offer refunds or money back on any retail skincare or product purchases.

Exchanges Only

We may offer a store exchange under the conditions below:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (resalable condition).

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Opened or Used Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered products cannot be exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase/pickup so we can review and assist.

Gift Cards & Promotional Purchases

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Products purchased during promotions/discounts are final sale.
