VitalOSkin Spa is seeking a skilled and professional Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team in Ashburn, VA. We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of hands-on experience, a strong client-care mindset, and a passion for helping clients feel their best through high-quality therapeutic and relaxation treatments.

Compensation we offer competitive pay based on experience, with flexible compensation options including:

• Hourly pay, or

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage services tailored to each client’s needs

• Perform services such as Swedish, deep tissue, relaxation, and other therapeutic modalities based on training and experience

• Maintain accurate and timely client intake forms and session notes

• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and prepared for each appointment

• Uphold high standards of sanitation, professionalism, and guest care

• Educate clients on wellness, home care, and recommended treatment frequency

• Work collaboratively with the spa team to create an exceptional client experience

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Massage Therapist License required

• Minimum 1 year of massage therapy experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, pressure techniques, and client customization

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a spa, wellness, or luxury service environment

• Existing clientele is a plus, but not required

• Training in multiple massage modalities is a plus
